Staff Sergeant AlbertoMARTINEZ TRIAL POSTPONED

Martinez has been charged with two counts of premeditated murder in the deaths of Esposito, 30, who was his company commander, and Lt. Louis E. Allen, 34, of Milford. Pa., second-in-command of the 42nd Infantry Division's headquarters unit.

Military judge refuses to throw out charges in Abu Ghraib case

Mistrial ends Watada court-martial

"Prosecutors dropped those charged in return for Watada's signing a stipulation that he had given the interviews. He also acknowledged in the stipulation that he didn't go with his unit to Iraq, though he didn't admit his guilt to the missing movement charge."

Lawyer May Argue Double Jeopardy
