Air Force Times - ‘Indecent exposure’ could be a sex crime

The Joint Service Committee on Military Justice has proposed making indecent exposure a sex crime covered under Article 120 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Currently, indecent exposure is considered a violation of Article 134, which covers general discipline issues.
